The bad things that happened in SAEI may have something to do with why the stock seems sluggish. People with interests in mining stocks may be a little fearful to get burned again. Maybe the PR with the report will change things if it can be suitably varified to the satisfaction of the naysayers. I'm not going anywhere, that is for sure.
