nice find: from his 'resume'/task list, these were his duties/job description at ATC:

ATC is a research and development company specializing in the design & development of
wireless mobile telecommunication devices.
• The device is a mobile pc phone, convergent mobile device combining the full features of a
personal computer with the capabilities of a mobile phone.
• Research, design, develop, test, trouble shooting electronics hardware.
• To choose the suitable GSM/GPS module and Wi-Fi/BT module.
• Test the modules with the evaluation board to make sure all the functions are working properly
such as voice call, SMS, 3G data connection, GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on Evaluation Board.
• When the modules got problems, need to do troubleshooting to make it function.
• Design new project for current model to become slim model.
