What if those 1billion shares are restricted and are Ron's shares to own. Because as stated in the last PR, SP is still a share holder. As we know SP owns 500million shares which makes him the top share holder, but this way with the billion shares RL is the majority share holder and has the last saying. It is actualy possible that those sheres will never enter the market.
