USD 500,000 to obtain security interest(possible) on a USD 250,000 oil lease combined with a USD 350-500,000 shell price. If I had a revenue producing company, could obtain note, sell in to this(be acquired) and obtain the loss carry forwards without changing control(issue shares for purchase price, become subsidiary).
