I think that is a given, has been for quite some time. i think they will R/S before they offer the remaning unregistered oustanding shares. Any uptick due to an uplist will be short lived just as we have seen here with the 'effective statement'. The abscense of any news is a red flag given all the anticipation of current investors. the lack of response from the company tor support is a very bad sign! Dog
