Obviously they dilute... does not mean it can not run again 
.0001 to .0016 in past... this time only .0001 to .0009 so far
everyone hates all these dilutorzzz yet they are the big runnerzzz when ya can understand what they are doin' and it is not over yet... unless they kill it without letting it run more... ( stupid move ) the MA(200) just showed up today at .0036 ... lolzzz... etc... no not .25 ... lolzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
