Walker! I hope that is ture and correct. It seems Chris Rainbolt and Kepco been doing business together for a laong time. I wonder if it was Chris's vision all along. Along with Kepco (Phi Kent) to work together on local wells?areas they know will produce oil. A very interesting thought.
