I think you are spot on with ZLUS having a variety of ways to obtain funding to grow their operations other than dilution.

I think such is awesome and important for us shareholders in that their funding support does not require any increase of shares to the Outstanding Shares (OS). I think Kepco is a major player for support from behind the scenes.
