Again, I know far less about this than do many others on this Board and the WaMu boards ....

That said, someone posted this find:

It suggests there will be something over $7B for distribution to creditors and any balance would go to equity holders.

More than that ... I am just no able to be of help. Perhaps someone with control of the creditors claims would be in a better position.
