The .0002's may not be dilution

Here's why.

This is the largest sell off of .0002's in several months. Up until today only about 300.00 worth of .0002's sold over the past few months. (FACT, check it out..)

The company could easily have put their shares up for sale at .0003. There have been enough .0003's being bought. We went down to only one MM @ .0003 yesterday.

There is no reason for them to sell at .0002, plenty of .0003's are being bought. Even if they were desperate, the buys at .0003 are steady.

This is not the company selling this low. Prove otherwise.

I won't argue, it could be someone the company paid with shares though. That still makes the company responsible for not making them restricted shares.

Probably someone trying to fake out shareholders.
