What is the current share structure? You have to be hiding something, this is a reasonable request. I have made my call as i said i would and will find out soon enough but you need to publically make known the current A/S,O/S and float numbers. I believe as a SEC reporting company you have to give us this info Thanks for the update today it was encouraging.

Currently, we are not releasing the share structure so as to protect ourselves from possible ulterior motives from Market Makers; however, we will post our share structure with our financials each quarter and are gearing up for enhanced transparency with our next filing, moving forward. I thank you for your inquiry and patience and do know that we are confident that our recent activity in Ghana will pay off in a very big way for both the company and its shareholders.
The only problem i have with his response is if and when Khoo releases Financials in there will be the current share structure so why hide it for now? My answer is he is not done selling shares yet and if he releases the real numbers he may not be able to get as much money for his shares because the MM's will be shorting the Shi* of EMLL because of the large float. Pinky's are known for raising the A/S O/S and float without telling anyone,That's why they gag the T/A so they can do whatever they want. alot of pinks is using the Ghana Gold story right now to pump their stock.
