here is the newsletter i received now : About 2 hours ago we saw a HUGE newsletter talk about GENM to it's members and here is what they are saying:

Their Title was *** Early Bird Alert - GENM ***

Today's alert is GENM - Genmed Holding Corp.

Here is what they do:

Genmed Holding Corp. is a United States and Dutch based company focusing on the delivery of low cost generic pharmaceutical drugs directly to distribution channels throughout the world. The Company began its generic drug business in 2008 and today operates primarily through its 100% owned subsidiary Genmed B.V., which is registered in the Netherlands. The Company is led by an experienced management team and board who have considerable and highly relevant experience in product development, registration, sales, marketing, distribution, operations, and financial administration.

So basically they're a generic drug marketing and distribution company.

That's a good industry, recession proof, profitable, etc. What's most exciting of all is GENM possesses a VERY special license. Ever hear of something called...Tylenol? Tylenol is made of a drug called Acetaminophen. Tylenol is just the brand name for Acetaminophen, which is the actual name of the drug itself.

Well GENM has a license to market and distribute Acetaminophen! They didn't just obtain this license for one country, they got it for SEVEN countries. Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Ireland, United Kingdom, Germany, and France.

That's huge. Do you know how much Acetaminophen gets consumed? Over 120,000 TONS per year! A pill weighs virtually nothing. 120,000 tons is a lot of pills, and a lot of potential profits for the drug companies.

25% of this Acetaminophen consumption is from Europe. It's a two year application process and GENM has finally successfully completed the grueling process.

GENM also has their eyeballs open for other potential big markets to enter, especially those with less strict application processes. However with Europe being such a big mega-market and GENM already having the license in seven European countries, this seems to be a massive enough area to tackle. Successfully infiltrating the market could cause GENM to blow up.

They can distribute their own drugs, and also private label drugs for other people. So a company can use GENM's Acetaminophen but put their own label on it...which makes the potential market for GENM even larger.

Since GENM is new to trading and is only currently 41 cents, it seems to have a lot of potential upside. Anytime a symbol has very limited trading history, it's similar to an IPO in that sometimes it goes up and up when it first starts trading.

While these ghost town charts are a little scary looking, most of the time these situations have done extremely well for us. A ghost town chart signifies low average volume, which is one of the components of a fast mover. It also signifies that we are in early, before the crowd.

Don't forget past performance is never an indicator of future performance, in other words, just because these kinds of plays have often done great in the past doesn't mean anything in regards to how this one or future ones will do.

With that being said, I do think this one looks pretty damn good.

While you really can't judge much from just one day, if you look at the way GENM behaved today it's really pretty flawless. GENM formed a perfect candlestick today. It opened at the day's low and closed at the day's high. Most of the volume was in the morning, and GENM made gains as the volume was coming in.

Perfect behavior! My my what a well behaved young man you are. GENM may have just graduated from charm school.

Really loving the trade potential here.

I'm going to wake you up tomorrow with some info about just how massive this market GENM is entering is. We're talking billions of dollars, being a potential acquisition target, and other really big stuff.

I mean if you look at GENM's past news releases and check them against the chart, you'll see virtually no extra volume from any of GENM's news. That usually means not too many people are watching the company. The exciting part is GENM came out with a news release today, and it seems to have caused a surge in both volume and price! This may mean there are more and more eyes starting to watch GENM.

Best of all is that GENM's news today was really fluff news in my opinion. The news was just summing up their year of success or something like that. The good part is if fluff news can cause a surge of buying and gains, imagine what's possible if GENM came out with some real significant news...especially now that it looks like a lot more eyes are on GENM.

I don't know of any news or anything, but they came out with news 12/21/2010, 1/14/2011, and also today so it seems to be released fairly frequently.

GENM's chart reminds me of some of our most successful plays so keep a close eye on it. We are in early and the potential seems enormous. With these kinds of plays with limited history I think the most important thing is momentum. GENM got a great start to building some momentum today and I'd like to see that continue tomorrow. A stop around 36 cents, just below today's low, could work. You can always tighten that to protect your money even more.
