Tim..feeling pretty good..had house to myself last nite and had music cranked up..
I could of went probably 10~15 minutes more but didn't won't to overdo it..lol..
I like to keep at least the first 'endurance' light lit up during the entire workout..
showing rate of about 50~53 revs/minute..

I'm going to do some calculating today if I get a chance..
for my own curiousity.

Just glancing, and all things being equal..(based on for example 1600revs/30min for each..)
it looks like resistance 5 uses maybe 10+%~ more calories than resistance 4..
resistance 4 uses 10%~ more calories than resistance 3..

I KNOW each resistance step is definately HARDER..
Resistance 10 will probably feel like standing up pedaling a bicycle up a grade while doubling a full size person on the back..
now it just feels like I'm doubling a 50lb kid..
(I personally think of resistance '5' as a '50' lb load..)

only way I know how to describe it..lol..

I still have my ½" board under front of machine..

I need to check out IFit.com too..

have never been over there yet..

Gotta go..Later!
