The key factor for HDI seeing us all along as

their partner, if looked at this way, is for us

to be fully diluted and hence debt free. I have

a hunch this is the case. The recent Form 8K is very

interesting. LBSR raised cash twice now. Paid claims by NAK

$209,020.00 and $50,000. With the cash NAK gave them in december

per the affidavit filed with DNR and the institutional investor

coming forth. The PPS is kept within a reasonable floor as if it

is in wait of something.
