I mean no disrespect by these comments but I must say you give the impression that you are very new to investing.

SNEY has already disclosed that they purchased 3 dredgers. For someone to see the picture of the dredgers is not insider information. I suggest you look up the term prior to posting. That will help you keep credibility. Otherwise you might want to ask others what whether such an act would been deemed insider information and you will be informed NO!!!!.

If a construction company announces they are building a sky scraper well believe it or not others can take pictures of the project and its not insider information to find out that the third floor was just built. Now had SNEY never disclosed the purchase and never disclosed the reason for the purchase then you would be correct.

I hope you don't take this lesson insulting but rather learn from it.

Also the fact that the post never stated those dredgers were SNEY's would once again negate any possible recourse.

Next insider information is 100% legal but trading on such info is not. So once again the pictures hold no recourse even if they were consider insider information (but they most definitely are not) unless someone were to trade upon the info.

All right enough is enough I am sure you have a better grasp on insider trading.

Now I am beginning to understand how the term "boys" is actually properly applied and you really should not take offense to it.

There is nothing wrong with not understanding how the market works but asking questions will benefit you much greater than make incorrect statements.
