rj2 - With all due respect, I need to see revenues before it makes sense to me to look for sources of capital. Clearly money is necessary to run a business. Cal has project $2-2.5 million in revenues for fy 2010. This may have slipped due to his illness and inability to actively pursue projects. In order to convince anyone that additional shares are needed there must be some basis for investors to want to purchase them. I believe that is what you and others are suggesting (pps at or above $1) and it might make sense to look at additional capital and mechanisms to raise it at that time. That seems to be a long way of though. A sustainable revenue stream needs to be established before I would get too excited about capital raising mechanisms.
