I try to use 'Market Cap'. This means you try to put some kind of a value on the Company. This is a very debatable number subject to personal opinion. So put out a number and then divide it by 640 million shares. Let us say $15,000,000. Divided by 640,000,000 shares gives you 2.3 cents a share. Try $12,000,000 divided by 640,000,000. That makes it 1.8 cents a share. It all depends on how you would value the Company to-day - as is where is. Your valuation is as good as mine except I've been evaluating mineral properties probably before you were born and I am qualified to do so. Ha Ha.
