I think that based upon the well established track record of Steinberg et al. against Rosen, the probabilities are definitely stacked in our favor.

As Bluzie has pointed out many times before, Steinberg has handily bested Rosen at every turn, and in addition to each win, Rosen has managed to erode his credibility with the court. His little tactics have all backfired and they've been used to Steinberg's advantage to systematically undermine the Debtor's entire case.

I think that with the quality of a man like Steinberg, Rosen will be lucky to settle just for the $347 and class 12. If things continue as they have, then we will have damages added to this amount for breach of contract and further litigation possibilities against the Board of WAMU.

Rosen needs to settle. Now. And, thank whatever deity he believes in that he escaped with only minor cuts and scrapes.
