Philip,

The most important items that I noted pertained to the LTWs expressly. In the revised POR, they will explicitly put in a proviso for the LTWs stating that we will be reclassified as class 12 (with equal treatment with other class 12 creditors), pending a successful outcome of the adversary proceeding.

Looks like Steinberg et al. just need their chance to win the adversary proceeding and we're home free.

I saw this as good news, overall, for the LTW class. Or, at worst, non-news.
