It is my considered opinion that history is about to repeat itself.
New River Pharmaceuticals part II (The Sequel).
I am convinced that RJ has already spoken at length to at least 5 potential suitors and narrowed it down to the best 2.
If the approval comes this week it won't be long and we will be bought out.
I have no inside knowledge but I think Kirk is a bright sort and prone to great success.Additionally to my knowledge, Fidelity is still at 15% ownership and I have seen no evidence of insider selling.
Kirk is the second wealthiest person in Virginia and has the ability to hold on through a possible rough spot if approval does not come this week.He is very resourceful. The float is not so great that dilution would kill the pps longterm. Short term yes but Stedivaze has potential value that far outpaces VZ , The burn rate has been reduced by the sell of two of their companies.
A large pharma could partner up as well to help build the company for a future merger.
This is what I am thinking for whatever it is worth.
Remember that the PPS has held fairly steady at $15.00 in spite of the shorters recent onslaught.
It is human nature to allow emotions to cause a selloff. I am not selling. I am in this for the longterm which might be 30 days or 20 years.
