I suspect you're right on reg FD. It's disconcerting but likley not something that could bite him. My reaction though was combining what I would consider bad judgement in getting too close to selective disclosure with the more important issue of why the reversal in mindset. On Sept-9th they include a page in the presentation touting wireless benefits and disclosing a pilot program. That whets an investor's appetite if like me they believe this is an important improvement.

I'll wait until after the conference call and see what he says. I've sent a couple info request emails to IR but have yet to get a reponse.
