Yea I'm down South. 100achers in Missip. tree land but if some Oil can comes along and wants to pay me to lease it and punch holes, its all theirs. I have a great Uncle that lives a bit North of that spot that hit a massive pocket of Nat Gas. Its not the Mother load as Alaska, but its there. Good money to have. Just west is the largest pocket of gas and The mouth of Mobile bay has a knocker load being pumped. We are the Saudia Arabia of Nat gas. Wish we used more of it, but the infrastructure sucks.
