Since seemingly everything has to be a conspiracy on this board, I will clarify my statement by quoting directly from the e-mail reply I got from Jack:

"Eastern Analytical sent the first 50m sample to ACME in Vancouver by mistake because that is who they always use. We told them to send it to ACTLabs which is what they did with all other samples. So for the foreseeable future we are using just one lab, ActLab Ontario.
