I guess we will see when the markets open tomorrow at 9:30am EST.

I wonder if the Canadian agency offices were open today. It is MLK Day here in the U.S. but not in Canada. But the markets were closed in Canada anyways since the NYSE and NASDAQ were closed. They may or may not have had the day off at the agency offices.

I don't see a foul here. Looks like a paperwork issue.
