How does this work?

My LTWs are worth $0.84, if I put a sell at $10 it will be removed
because it's more than 25% above the last price. And then, of course, I can't short stocks under $5.-.

But, assuming I can pull this off, are you suggesting that I will be able to "Short the Box". They usually let me do this with "listed" stocks, however I never tried it with penny stocks.


None of this will stop the Hedgies from possible attacks on any stock. I don't understand how the SEC lets' the brokers decide who to lend stocks to and also to profit from other peoples' holdings without compensating the owners.
