That said the corporation was just born/created on 9/29/10. How do you know it is not just a brand new made up company created just to make this look like it is a real merger. All they would have to do is pay a few hundred dollars to set up a new corporation in Canada. They didn't even take the time to give a name to the corp they just created. It shows up as Canada Inc. like all the other no name corps on that website. Not sure how this shows you this is real. How can you know for sure somebody didn't just create an empty dummy corp to give the appearance of being real just to run a penny stock?

Not taking sides here, I just think that corp you linked to...does nothing to show the company has any type of real business.
