That was a figure quoted from August (over 6 months ago). Since then, Donald Lynch has sold his shares to an undisclosed party/number of parties more than likely resulting in a drastic increase on float. It is possible that he sold them to an actual investor willing to hold, but I doubt it. Time will tell. I would be willing to bet that Float is nowhere near that figure and may have never been that low when originally quoted. GL
