this garbage .. that is why

i'm very clear that i add shares as i see
execution .. btw .. zealously is an interesting
choice of words .. i'm not sure what is missed
since i've never *extolled* one person to buy
one share and have clearly articulated that all
with concerns should always wait for clarity

but i have and do as mgmt executes

to me .. they did so in the spring of 2009 when
mgmt converted all their pref'd shares to common
meaning they share the pain and gain :)

execution came with the CC in july 2009 re: ETC
execution came with ETC's launch in sept 2009
execution came with *survival* post ceo of WW's passing
execution came with CIMA's acquisiton
execution came with holding 2 annual SMs' (dec 2009/sept 2010)
execution came with websites and shareholder updates

is there more that can be done .. you bet'cha .. but as i've
posted from the start .. i have never expected a well seasoned
mgmt at this level .. it's not the *norm* and since i don't expect
seamless .. i'm not disappointed .. it's also why i give on avg
3 to 5 years for a co. to *establish* and *grow*

it's also one of the reasons why my final *determination* aka caveats
has to do with the new ceo and his/her *intent*

i know what i'd do based on the knowledge i have *educated*
myself on over these past years

it makes the difference whether i stay a sor post expo's
first ever content driven run that comes with *transparency* .. :)
