There are good reasons to believe that the SEC either is, or will be, looking very carefully at CDIV (i.e. that the SEC is, or will be, investigating CDIV). These reasons include:
1) CDIV was one of Monk's FLD plays. Now that one of Monk's FLD plays is under formal investigation by the SEC, it seems to be a logical next-step that the SEC is, or will be, looking at the other three FLD plays, including CDIV. After all, Monk promoted CDIV more heavily than any of his other FLD plays, and more people lost more money on CDIV than any of his other FLD plays, including the one that is currently under investigation by the SEC.
2) Strong evidence has been posted here and elsewhere suggesting that Monk was acting as an agent for CDIV during the time that he was most heavily promoting its stock on these public message boards. This action alone stands some chance of attracting the interest of the SEC.
I'm sure others can add to this list.
