The only regional power that does stand to gain is Israel. In the case of a civil war in Lebanon it can again attempt to project its power and reduce Hizbullah. In the current circumstances, it can probably rely on real, meaning military, support from the US which is also itching to use Lebanon as a success story, since Iraq didn't turn out very well for them

Don't forget the Sunni Arab states, they also have plenty to gain.
