I think I posted this earlier. Why have the trucks deadhead back to the mines in CO. that they have contracts with. The companies could dump and load to backfill on their own properties. They might like the idea because they might need the backfill to run a safe mining operation on their properties.(all my worries about CGFIA are gone.)
