No legitimacy here whatsoever, in any aspect.

co. is completely legit
and while over the 2+ years
i've had doubts if they would
survive (ex is fall 2008) imo
etc *ensures* expo's survivability

for a fact it was developed/tested
and tweaked for X .. for a fact 100M
at full penetration requires 25M in
capital .. not happening with a pps
at .0001 .. which is why i'm expecting
a r/s and co. being taken private in '11

as for investors in exph buying here

if they aren't .. who is? there are 5 MMs'
showing even if 2 of them are *bogus* 3 aren't
including the 2 *PRIMARY* via VOLUME IN EXPH
in 2010 and .. er .. 2009 :0

i'm an investor in the co. and i can't
get filled at bid .. :) .. and i rarely
play their game of resetting by hitting
the ask on any legit co. including expo

i'm content with what i currently hold
if my bid gets filled at .0001 so be it
and if exph goes no bid (and my DD shows
me *risk* is outweighed by potential reward)
which so far so good .. i'll double my shares

no need for further dialog .. i have zero interest
or intent regarding mindsets .. imo folks requiring
clarity should indeed wait for mgmt's transparency
