Linda, you have to look at the Balance Sheet..The liability is 307.286B and the Asset is 253.175B. the difference(deficit)is 54.111B. This March Balance sheet have only 42.664B recovery but according to the updates as you know, there is about 60B at this time.

I can't believe that you are asking this question..Honestly.
