"He has developed new ways to bring money/technology to Exobox " The Suez technology too was a way to bring money to the company, but look at what happened to it! IMO, it was only the officials and insiders that profited on the prospect of a technology that was never coded.

If that person has truly developed a commercially viable technology, why is that person holding back? We all know that even the best tech become obsolete after a period of time. I am sure that if a solid technology is added into EXBX's hamper, the value of the company will increase and the pps will improve. Nobody will be interested in a class action lawsuit if they see the company heading in the right direction. Right now, the idea of a lawsuit is mouth watering to many people. I sold my shares at a loss otherwise I would be consider joining the class action.

From my perspective which is jaundiced as it is, I think those who drove the company into the ground are waiting for another opportunity to use their equity as leverage to position themselves for another windfall..., if there's any in the pipeline.

If I may asked, why aren't you supporting Laser when you know that nothing in the past has worked?
