Np Energy Corp. (fka NPER)

So after reading all the posts here you seem to be the person most in the know or at least the one who has the most interest here. I'm looking for a good ground level entry position on Oil, Coal, Gold and or mining (Ore) stocks. I ran across NPER and am thinking it is involved in the mining industry?? I did buy a few shares. Can you share anything on where you think the company is planning to go and when? You mentioned it's tied to MDMN via ownership of MDMN shares. Reading at MDMN it appears they are about to unroll some good things for the company. Do you have any insight (updated information) on how that may effect NPER going forward. Any help will be appreciated.
