I believe Leib Ostrow was named in a lawsuit against Musical Kitz LLC, wherein the defendants are demanding $5 million (3:10-cv-04119-JSC, see www.acappellanews.com/archive/2010_09.html).

TRDY then sold unspecified assets to MMAC 11-6-10 (see 10Q).

Then, 2 days later, on 11-8-10, Ostrow is listed as an insider [still of TRDY] having sold some shares (see www.secform4.com/insider-trading/815098.htm).
