Lot's of questions yes. It's correct on one point until it starts filing and speaking or we get other sources of info it will be difficult to define it's future.

Though if it gets reinstated then life begins in some fashion and opportunities might exist since it has real reserves.

I am interested in following the news if it happens. Disclosure, I haven't bought yet.
