I do not think that this estimate is correct.

Why? There is a machine (
) that can process a max of 3 tons plastic/hour indicated in their video.

I get the general impression that JBII P2O can process more than 1 ton/hour. However, with all the comments today, it seems that I may be wrong.

As for cleaning the machine, the CC indicated that JBII ran the processor for several weeks before cleaning. Thus, this is another variable as to how much down time is required. You also indicated 1-4% residue. Thus, 100T of plastic generates 1-4 tons of waste. How much waste can be in the machine before cleaning? Another unknown variable that plays into production.

When I first heard about JBII, the talk was 20T in 8h. Now it is 20T/day. It will be in nice to have some clarity from the company. Three shifts of employees cost more than 1 shift. Move overhead expense.

Maybe the next 10K will give more clarity.
