Are there any free level II sites?

I'm trying to learn to 'read' the flow of a given stock w/in a hour timeframe and was curious if there are any locations on the net that have free level II information? Or is this not a good thing to do? I'm an rookie when it comes to this stuff but am always lurking and trying to learn.
