The difference is point of view, I think more strategic and what could be expected and that determines value; we are not trading GE here; but good luck with picking up shares at that price.

Revenues, strategic plans of the company and management = .05 (Value)

Ultimately I respect the formula, but not for developing companies.

My theory:If you are going to lose sleep by selling, it probably means you shouldn't sell.
