There are several things telling me that the LOI could end with no agreement, but there's nothing wrong with being overly positive.

Why would Donald Lynch sell all his shares? Seems somewhat odd that he'd sell out with such definite great news right around the corner doesn't it? All I'm saying is be prepared.
