It shows that the stock is being held in suspense in expectation of a PR(s). You said that

more specifically, DGRI bottomed out before its current uptrend. It will embark a bullish move towards $0.20.


Will we keep that bullish move even if news, for example, weren't to come in until Feb ? Iow how can we be so sure that bulls dont pull out during a longer news void due to impatience ? Just reasoning.
