It can happen in many ways. One way would to buy 51% of ZLUS shares then try a take over bid. Keep in mind the Chris and CO have restricted shares so then a deal would be made. If Exxon was able to take over then ZLUS could be made into Exxon shares but at a rate of the current Exxon share.

Exxon $76.58 per share as of yesterday.
ZLUS $0.0035 per share as of yesterday.

so for every 21,714 shares of ZLUS you would get 1 Exxon share at current prices.
