Since we're back on the patent issue. How many patents does NVEI hold for Embark in their name only?
We have pretty much been a funding source for Adaptive. Adaptive I believe is on all our patents for Embark, they own a good chunch of Embark and all of the tech that Embark needs to run on. I believe most of the R&D money in the past has been in payment for working on OUR tech.
I think this is also a road block for financing based on the tech (even if they have what they say they have).
