It's there for a good reason. The company is so fragile that any debt is a killer. They either need to go into debt (who will lend them anything??)or dilute the shares to stay alive, just like many pinks. I think dilution is the right answer. Sell 100 million shares to raise the capital to get the dredges to the rivers. In the great scheme of things. the increased shares will mean very little to the SP. I would buy this stock if they could show they have what they claim. No money, no dredges, no way they make it.
