Smith, I suspect the documents to which you are referring are legal pleadings and allegations made by a plaintiff in a lawsuit. I am interested in the type of allegations made and by whom.

IMO, and as I am certain you are aware, a complaint by a plaintiff is nothing more than an allegation seeking relief from the court. It is not a finding by the Court and is really nothing more than an unproven claim. However, it may have a bearing on an investor if Treaty was sued and had potential liability, which is why I asked the question. However, not seeing any evidence that Treaty was sued, I suspect they have no potential liability based on the lawsuit. Am I wrong?
