Smith, No hostility was intended by me just an open discussion about this lawsuit.

I raised his name because you mentioned him and Mulshine is the IR guy. I didn't think he was a Treaty employee so I was surprised when you mentioned him.

So if understand I your response correctly you are NOT allgeging liability on the part of TECO or Mulshine as the result of this lawsuit?
