Been there for a while, the company went dark a couple of weeks ago, once that happens they place this warning up instead of the usual pink warning of unsolicited quote. The “Stop” sign shows they are in a No Information status due to their 6 month lack of transparency. I would not expect anything soon on this until the RS has been completed, then you will see an updated share structure and some crap filings to make it appear as if they are doing something.
