Such a call is highly illegal....violates SEC rules and regulations.

No company is going to give a "private investor" a "call back" stating there's a buyout and news will be delivered in 48 hrs.

Seriously, are you kidding?

Quite frankly, the SEC can HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE as well, if information is false.
