I've seen the computerized daily trading and the evidence of dilution at key resistance points on the charts. That is clear manipulation in my book.

Which two paid promotions do you believe were manipulations to the upside? I don't see that on the ones I charted, unless you are lumping it in with the Monk spike, which was the result of buying by individual investors:
